The funeral of Apprentice star Stuart Baggs will take place on Friday August 21 at St Ninian's Church in Douglas.
His family is appealing to those who wish to attend to wear blue in memory of Stuart, who had just celebrated his 27th birthday when he died of an asthma attack at his apartment on Douglas promenade.
A facebook page set up by his parents and sister Charlotte is full of tributes in the shape of photographs on the 'Wear blue for Stu' theme.
On the page, his family writes: 'We have been overwhelmed by the amount of love and support we have received from you all. We would like to invite anyone who wishes to attend the funeral of Stuart to be held at St Ninians Church, Douglas, IOM at 2pm on Friday 21st August.
'We would kindly request everyone to wear blue - dark, light, bright, jewel, any shade will do. Official details will be in the paper shortly. As a family we would like to say thank you to everyone for your kind words and thoughts at this tremendously difficult time.'
As well as becoming a cult figure after his television appearance, Stuart was a telecoms entrepreneur. His company Bluewave had launched what he described as a revolutionary new product just days before his death on July 30.
