Family tribute to Stuart Baggs

by isleofman.com 7th August 2015

A facebook page has been set up in memory of Stuart Baggs, the reality TV star who died last week from an asthma attack.

His family are encouraging people to post a photo of themselves in a 'Wear blue for Stu' appeal. This morning (Friday) the page had already attracted more than 1,200 supporters.

His family say: 'In memory of our beloved Stuart we are asking that those of you who are thinking of him post a photograph to this page of you wearing something blue, whether it be a whole blue outfit or even a tie or sock. The family would like to gather as many photographs of you all wearing blue in his memory so that we have as big a collection as possible to be shared when he is put to rest.

'We know Stuart always thought outside the box so be as creative as you like with the blue theme. Thank you all for your kind condolences so far at this tremendously difficult time, especially towards Ro and Stephen, Stuart’s parents, and his sister Charlotte.'

Stuart's body was discovered last Thursday morning in his apartment on Douglas promenade. Yesterday, police confirmed he had died as a result of his asthma. He became a cult figure after appearing on The Apprentice as the show's youngest ever contestant and days before his death had celebrated his 27th birthday with the launch of a new product by his telecoms company BlueWave.
