Properties at Hartford Homes’ most recent development in Ramsey have sold out and the new homes have been completed.
The family-run building firm took just over a year to build and finish the collection of fourteen detached homes in south of Ramsey and all the new homeowners have now moved in.
Hartford Homes director James Greenhalgh said: “We are delighted the development has been so well received, with most of the houses selling off plan within weeks of launch.
“The high specification has been a big attraction, though our help to buy schemes and fair pricing have also been key.”
Located on a cul-de-sac off Crescent Road, Briarville Gardens is made up of contemporary four and five bed detached homes.
James added: “We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the neighbouring residents for their patience during the building works.”
He went on to say: “There is a growing appetite for quality new build homes of this size and level of specification in Ramsey. To meet these demands, we have plans for a second phase of homes at Royal Park in the north of the town, overlooking Mooragh Park, in the near future.”
