Moore strengthens European leadership team

by isleofman.com 27th July 2015
Global fund services provider Moore Management, a First Names Group Company, has strengthened its leadership team with the senior appointment of Andrew Maiden as a Director.

Andrew will be working closely with Jon Trigg, Head of European Fund Services and Mark Douglas, Head of Guernsey Fund Services, to support the organisation’s long-term strategic objectives and to continue to grow Moore’s current European client base. In his new role, Andrew will split his working week between Moore’s head office in Jersey and their Guernsey operation where he will be based.

Prior to joining Moore, Andrew carved out a highly successful career with Northern Trust in Guernsey. He joined the global institution as an Accounts Administrator and worked his way up to Vice President, Head of Guernsey Relationship Management and Senior Client Relationship Manager.

Speaking of his appointment, Andrew commented:

“With its dedication to bespoke solutions and superior client service, Moore has a great ethos and I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to be part of it. Having been with Northern Trust for the past 17 years this is a big move for me – and an exciting one. Moore already has a really strong client base in Europe but there is huge potential for the business to grow. I am really looking forward to working together with Jon, Mark and the rest of the team to help the business achieve its strategic goals in Europe.”

Jon Trigg, Head of European Fund Services at Moore, added:

“At Moore, we take immense pride in identifying people that we know will not only support our own business needs but those of our clients. Despite Andrew only joining us in the last few weeks, he has made an immediate impact internally and externally. His wealth of experience in the funds industry both from an operational and senior relationship manager perspective will continue to be vital as we explore new geographies, products and services. We have been delighted to convert over a dozen new business opportunities already this year and therefore we are pleased that Andrew has joined at such an exciting time for this global business.”
