Beach Buddies will be assisting members of the Isle of Man Youth Trials Club this weekend with a special beach cleaning session at Scarlett, prior to the Ladies and Girls British Trials Championship which takes place on August 1st and 2nd.
We have already hosted one beach cleaning event a few weeks ago amongst the rocks and coves where the sections for the trial will be staged, and this time Beach Buddies will tackle the second half of the job, on the coastline out towards Pooill Vaaish.
Volunteers are asked to meet at the Scarlett car park slightly earlier than usual on Sunday morning, July 26th, at 10am at the main Scarlett car park, where the easiest route to the area will be explained.
As always, Beach Buddies will provide all the necessary equipment, and remove the rubbish collected afterwards.
We are hoping for a big team to help the Youth Trials Club make the Isle of Man look at its very best under the spotlight of the media and the many visitors who will be coming to the Island for this special event.
