Calling all under 18's.. Get creative this summer!

by isleofman.com 21st July 2015
The Isle of Man Film Festival are searching for a young talented poster designer. Could it be you...your son, daughter or neighbour?

What do you need to do?

Come up with your own film title, in any genre (comedy, thriller, drama, horror etc), and logline (one sentence that sums up the movie), and think of two or three actors who you would like to star in your film, then GET CREATIVE and make your movie poster!

DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES FRIDAY 21ST AUGUST!

TIPS:

Check out posters for your favourite films online to get ideas on layout and content (see the photo of the ET poster).
Include a review (5 stars of course!) or a quote to really sell your film to the public.
Make your movie title BIG and BOLD!
Think of a production company name and a few key crew to list at the bottom of the poster.

*Open to under 18s, with category prizes based on age. Can be created in any format. Shortlisted entries will be printed and displayed to the public at the Isle of Man Film Festival 2015 in September, and judged by a very special festival guest. Entries should be sized to A3, saved as high resolution jpg and sent by email to christy@isleofmanfilmfestival.com.  Hand painted/crafted entries should be posted or hand delivered to:-
