Figures released by the government show that registered unemployment remained at 768 at the end of June - the same jobless total for the previous month.

It is the lowest June figure in seven years and has fallen by 150 compared to June 2014.

The unemployment rate remains at 1.7 per cent of the economically active population. At the end of June, there were 421 vacancies at the Job Centre.
