The annual rate of inflation, as measured by the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) for June 2015 has fallen again, and now stands at -1.2%, down from -1.0% in May 2015.
The annual rate of inflation as measured by the Retail Prices Index (RPI) remained at 2.1% in June 2015, the same as May 2015.
Excluding housing costs, the annual rate of inflation shown by the RPI is 2.7% for June 2015, an increase from May’s figure of 2.4%.
