Five seek seats on Legislative Council

A further attempt to fill two vacant seats on the Legislative Council will be made next week.


On Monday, MHKs will vote in a secret ballot. There are five nominees. Phil Braidwood is seeking to retain his seat in the upper chamber. MHKs David Anderson and Tim Crookall are also nominated, along with Michael Moyle and Adrian Tinkler.


The special sitting of the House of Keys gets under way at 10am.
