Appeal following RTC on Summer Hill on Friday

by isleofman.com 17th June 2015
The Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision (RTC) which occurred on Summer Hill, Douglas on Friday 12th of June at around 4.20pm. The collision occurred shortly after the junction with Ridgeway Road and involved a maroon coloured Renault Scenic and a white Audi A8.

The roads had not long opened and the traffic at the time was heavy, it is therefore believed that there may have been several witnesses to the incident. We would like to speak to anyone who may have information relating to the RTC.

Incidents such as these can be very upsetting for the people involved and one of the parties involved in the RTC was left distressed and shaken by the collision.

If you have any information or witnessed the collision then please contact PC Beaumont at Lord Street Police Station on 631212 or alternatively contact the anonymous Crimestoppers Line on 0800 555 111.
