Police are currently investigating an incident that occurred around 5.45pm on Sunday 14th June 2015 on the Laxey to Ramsey Coast Road, on The Everlasting Bend. The incident involved two vehicles that had stopped in the Ramsey bound carriageway.
Police are aware that multiple vehicles drove past the scene at the time of the incident taking place.
