Canada Life International is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Easton to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Graeme is a qualified actuary with a wealth of international insurance experience having previously held the role of Appointed Actuary at Zurich International and AXA Isle of Man. He is currently the Chairman of the Manx Actuarial Society.

Graeme moved to the Isle of Man in 1999 and lives in Port Erin with his wife, Heather. He has two married daughters.

Commenting on the move, Graeme said “The opportunity to move to Canada Life was too good to miss, enabling me to take my actuarial skills into a wider finance role and joining a well-respected company with clear plans for the future”.

Sean Christian, Managing Director at Canada Life International said “I’m delighted that Graeme has decided to join the company and his appointment comes at a time of significant change for our offshore business. Not only have we very recently relocated to new purpose-built headquarters to allow for future growth and expansion of our Isle of Man business, we are also in the process of acquiring Legal & General International to complement and grow our business in Dublin. Graeme’s actuarial and broader industry skills will ensure he plays a pivotal role in the delivery of our future growth strategy”.
