Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant Awarded Tripadvisor Certificate Of Excellence For Five Consecutive Years

by isleofman.com 10th June 2015

The Welbeck Hotel & Restaurant today announced that it has been recognised as a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame winner.  The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. The ‘Hall of Fame’ was created to honour those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.  Winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.

Proprietors Irene and Michael George commented, ‘We are very proud to be recognised as No.1 in the Isle of Man on Tripadvisor once again and to receive such an accolade.’

In its infancy, there was a great deal of suspicion about the veracity of such sites but I think over five years, a consistency has been achieved that would be very hard to affect either positively or negatively with one or two rogue reviews and we hope to maintain our high standards in the future and be similarly rewarded with such excellent feedback from our guests.’
