Today's busy practice and race schedule has been disrupted before a machine has been able to get on the circuit.

Organisers say a two hour delay has been caused by a serious road traffic collision at Ballacrye. While roads remain closed, people are being urged not to cross them.

The TT course was due to be closed until 9pm-10pm tonight for sidecar and solo races, with roads opening for an hour between 5-6pm.
