The Isle of Man Captive Association (IOMCA) is pleased to announce that Ross Dennett has been appointed as its new Chairman.

The Isle of Man Captive Association represents Isle of Man authorised insurance managers and captive owners.

Ross Dennett commented:

‘I am delighted to succeed Gaynor Brough as Chair. She has put in a huge amount of effort over the last 5 years and I will be keen to maintain the positive momentum she has given the Association and the Isle of Man’s captive industry in general.’

John Garland, Head of Corporate Financial Services at the Isle of Man Department of Economic Development, commented:

‘I look forward to working with Ross to ensure that the Island’s Captive Insurance sector continues to go from strength to strength. The Isle of Man is home to a number of global blue chip captives and effective public/private sector relationships are key for driving growth and maintaining our reputation as a first class international business centre.’

Mr Dennett, Director of Thomas Miller Captive Management Limited, will be replacing Gaynor Brough, Managing Director at Aon, after 5 years in the role. Mr Dennett has 26 years’ experience in the international corporate insurance and risk management sector.
