Old Mutual International appoints head of quality assurance

Old Mutual International has appointed Jim Green into the role of head of quality assurance. In his new role, Jim has joined the operational assurance team with overall responsibility for quality assurance, operational risk management, broker monitoring and complaints handling.

This is a key role for the business as Old Mutual International looks to align all its operational functions on the Isle of Man to ensure a constant focus on quality service and continuous improvement. The quality assurance team will help make it easier for customers to deal with their support centre and will implement improved controls and risk management to help provide peace of mind to customers and advisers.

Jim has a 15 year career within the Insurance Market, initially within the General Insurance sector and for the past 10 years within the Life Assurance sector, specialising in the areas of Governance and Risk Management. He has experience of working with multiple jurisdictions including Europe, the Middle East and Asia as well as the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
