Police have released CCTV footage of a bike thief who was caught on camera as he made off with an ?800 bike in Douglas.
The man struck between 8.20 and 9am last Thursday at the back of Zurich International Life on Shaw’s Brow.
He was wearing an orange jacket, a black baseball cap with a beige peak, grey tracksuit bottoms and a high-visibility tabard.
