Three of the four candidates in the Douglas South by-election will face the public at a requisition meeting tonight (Tuesday).
The meeting is an opportunity for voters to quiz those contesting a seat in the House of Keys. Standing in this Thursday's by-election are Kurt Buchholz, Amy Burns, Keith Fitton and Bill Malarkey.
Tonight's meeting starts at 7.30pm at Scooil Vallajeelt.
However, Amy Burns has declined to attend the meeting. In a letter to the local authority she says she will be attending another meeting arranged with 'other electorates' of Douglas South.
