Isle Of Man Constabulary- Horse Riders and speeding cars

At about 1900 hours on Wednesday 13th May 2015 a vehicle described as a small white hatchback possibly with green and red horizontal stripes along the side has been travelling along the Begode Road from the Creg Ny Baa direction. 

The vehicle has approached a group of Horse Riders and has passed them at an estimated speed of 70 mph causing alarm to the riders. Police believe that this vehicle was being driven by a male in his early 20’s with short dark hair.
