Mec Vannin: rename governor

by isleofman.com 14th May 2015

Mec Vannin held its Annual General Meeting earlier this week and discussed possible new titles for the governor as well as calling for the UK to pay for his presence here rather than the Manx taxpayer.

Mark Kermode of Mec Vannin says Tynwald changed its mind over plans to refer to the post as Crown Commissioner in 2006.

He says the party came up with its own ideas after much debate:Clip 1
