Mission accomplished for breast care fundraisers

by isleofman.com 7th May 2015
Fundraisers have offered a sincere thank you to the people of the Isle of Man after they reached their target of ?1.5 million to build a dedicated breast cancer clinic.
The idea of a such a unit at Noble's Hospital was first suggested by surgeon Mille Bello two years ago.
Now, after a private donation, the dream will become a reality.
The facility will include an ultrasound room and dedicated consultancy spaces for patients.
Julie Stokes is co-ordinator of the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group which drove the fundraising.Clip 1
