Peregrine Corporate Services (“Peregrine”) is pleased to announce that Nick Kelly has been appointed a director of the company. Effective from the 1st May, Nick will sit on the board alongside the existing directors including Stuart Foster.

“I’d like to congratulate Nick on his appointment to the board,” said Stuart. “Nick is an invaluable member of the Peregrine team and is an enthusiastic individual who provides our clients with the exceptional service they have come to expect from the company. He is going to make an excellent director."

Nick joined Peregrine in 2007 after completing his A-Levels at Castle Rushen High School and is now a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant after successfully completing his final ACCA exams in December 2011.

He heads up the in-house accounts department and has responsibility for ensuring tax compliance for multiple client companies with international operations across several jurisdictions.

“I’d like to thank the other directors for giving me this fantastic opportunity to join the Peregrine board,” said Nick. “I’ve worked at the company for almost eight years and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. I’m looking forward to what the future has in-store for me and the wider company.”

Nick’s appointment is part of the company’s long-term strategy for growth and continues a successful tradition of promoting staff from within the business.
