MM&C , a local marketing and communications agency, is now officially registered on the Department of Economic Development’s Business Support Scheme as a ‘Project Consultant’. The scheme aims to create opportunities for Manx-based firms by offering development consultancy services designed to enable the business to develop and compete more effectively in a global market. The cost of the BDC consultancy is borne by DED and delivered by approved Project Consultants. MM&C is now authorised to undertake marketing and design projects assisted by the scheme.
Craig Wolstencroft, MM&C Managing Director, commented:
“The Business Support Scheme is an excellent initiative, and as a company which is very proud of its Isle of Man roots we’re delighted to have been recognised as a Project Consultant. It also builds on our excellent relationship with DED which extends over many years.”
MM&C played a vital role in creating the visual identity for the Department of Economic Development and was instrumental in the ‘Isle of Man. Where You Can’ core proposition which is at the heart of the Department’s unified marketing strategy to attract inward investment to the Island. The agency – which is based at Westmoreland House in Circular Road, Douglas – also produced DED’s ‘Inspired’ publication which was used by the Department to promote inward investment. Last year MM&C produced its own ‘IOMPLC’ magazine which showcased the very best the Isle of Man has to offer business. MM&C’s clients include Manx Telecom, The Children’s Centre, Panacea Pharma Projects, Permanent Bank International, 123gaming, Betstars, MoneyThing.com, Lasenby Knox, Supervivolotto, Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce, Isle of Man Crimestoppers, and Isle of Man Post Office.
MM&C recently opened for business in Jersey to bring take the company’s wealth of experience and expertise to the island’s new and exciting iGaming sector.
