Is there a danger people could be left behind by the government’s digital strategy?
That’s the issue West Douglas MHK Chris Thomas will raise in the House of Keys this morning when he quizzes Policy and Reform Minister John Shimmin about whether information put online by the government will still be available in other formats.
Mr Thomas says he backs moves to offer more information and services online, but he’s worried people without internet access won’t be able to find what they need.
