Jack Cain Memorial Day

by isleofman.com 20th April 2015
A memorial day is being held to remember a young boy called Jack Cain.

Sadly Jack died from a rare cancer Atypical Pelvic Rhabdomyosarcoma aged 5 in 2014.

The event will be held at Douglas Old Boys Football Club between noon and 6pm on Saturday 16th May. There isn’t an admission charge and there will be lots of fun including an adult 5 a side fun football tournament, tug of war for adults or children, bouncy castles, candy floss along with food and refreshments. The organising committee are very grateful to DHOBs for allowing them to use their facilities.

All proceeds will be donated to the local children’s hospice – Rebecca House. This fun day is being held during children’s hospice week so all support is welcome. To register a football team contact Iain Thompson on 432956. Organisers would like to thank PSS.im for their support of this event.
