Dredging meeting turnout high

More than a hundred people attended a public meeting in St John's last night to discuss the dredging of Peel harbour.

Hazardous silt is currently being transferred from the harbour to a site near Poortown quarry.

Infrastructure and Environment Ministers Phil Gawne and Richard Ronan answered questions from Chairman of German Commissioners Matthew Wadsworth as well as a lively audience.
