IQE staff show great support for local charity

During 2014, IQE were proud to have supported Manx Miracles as their local chosen charity. Manx Miracles is a parent led Isle of Man Charity for families and children that have additional needs and disabilities.

In total IQE staff helped raise the substantial sum of ?13,827.50 for Manx Miracles and David Karran, Managing Director of IQE and some of the members of IQE’s Social Committee were delighted to present their cheque to Antonella Noonan, Miracle Maker at Manx Miracles recently.

David Karran said “IQE’s staff are committed to participating in charitable activities including those for the IQE’s local chosen charity and achieved an outstanding result for Manx Miracles in 2014. Activities for Manx Miracles included the Tough Mann event, a cake bake and hamper raffle; in addition IQE staff also participated in a number of other events in support of local charities including the Soap Box Races, Promenade Relay and the Parish Walk making 2014 the best year for local charitable donations in IQE’s history!”

Louise Connor, Founder of Manx Miracles thanked IQE for their outstanding contribution and said "We’re so incredibly grateful to all the team at IQE for their ongoing support during 2014 that has seen such an amazing amount raised.  All these funds will go towards providing a state of the art sensory facility for all the amazing children from around the Island who attend the Pre-School Assessment Centre."
