Riva Financial Systems Limited today announced that Apex Fund Services, one of the world’s largest independent fund administration and middle office providers, has signed a ten year licence to utilise the Riva Transfer Agent (“Riva TA”) software solution.

The deployment of the award winning Riva TA application at Apex will complement their ‘Global Reach, Local Presence’ service strategy by providing access to a rapid time-to-market administrative solution for both new and existing retail markets, further supporting Apex’s growth.
