Dredging work 'not ideal', says minister

Local residents have reacted angrily after silt was spilled on a road in Peel.
A number of complaints have been made amid fears the spillage could be contaminated.
Dredging work on Peel harbour started this morning despite many believing the Department of Infrastructure had to give 21 days notice before any action could be taken.
But Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne insists his department is doing nothing wrong:Clip 1
