Local producers wanted for DEFA events

Local producers are invited to showcase their goods at major events this year.
The Royal Manx Agricultural Show and the Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival take place in August and September respectively.
The events see produce grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked or smoked on the Island presented to the public.
Marketing Officer at the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture Audrey Fowler says they're great opportunities to promote local produce: (play audio)
Producers can apply by going to gov.im or calling 685856.
The application deadline is Thursday April 30.Clip 1
