Nomination day – the date when candidates confirm their intention to stand – is Tuesday April 21.
There is one House of Keys seat vacant in each of the two constituencies following the recent election to the Legislative Council of Bill Henderson and David Cretney.
So far three candidates have declared in Douglas North. Douglas Councillor David Ashford, LibVan candidate Maire Booth and businessman Ralph Peake.
In South Douglas, charity worker Keith Fitton will represent the LibVans. He's currently up against just one other candidate Douglas Councillor Bill Malarkey.
