Blackpool service restored

by isleofman.com 1st April 2015
Flights between the Island and Blackpool have resumed.
Citywing is reinstating double daily flights – six months after the service stopped when Blackpool airport owner Balfour Beatty put it up for sale, stressing the site had made a loss for several years.
Citywing managing director David Buck, who will travel on this morning’s first flight, says Balfour’s decision to sell certain equipment at the airport will not impact on its service.Clip 1
