Team Isle of Man rider Owen Dudley battled appalling conditions to secure 10th place in the opening round of the British Cycling Junior Road Race Series.
The Cadence Junior Road Race was held in Powys on Sunday, despite near-gale force winds and torrential rain.
The 63 miles race set off from Three Cocks on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and was won by Ethan Hayter of VC Londres.
