Pedestrian seriously injured on Johnny Watterson's Lane

A pedestrian remains in hospital with serious injuries this morning after an accident in Douglas last night (Fri)
It happened around 10.15pm when the person was struck by a car as it was traveling up Johnny Watterson's Lane in Douglas.
The road was closed for around two and a half hours while emergency services investigated the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the accident or have information about it is asked to get in contact with police headquarters on 631 212
