Cannabis an 'unhelpful influence'

A clinical psychologist in the Island says she respectfully disagrees with those who believe cannabis should be legalised here.
Helen Nightingale, who is one of four Island-based mental health commissioners, says she listened with interest to a talk last year by Professor David Nutt, the UK government's former top drugs adviser.
However, from professional experience, she doesn’t think the Island’s drug laws should be liberalised.
And says cannabis is an unhelpful influence on many patients, particularly those who are vulnerable.Clip 1
