Businessman to stand in North Douglas

An Island businessman is to stand for the House of Keys in North Douglas.
Ralph Peake is the first to declare in the constituency following the elevation of Bill Henderson to the Legislative Council a week ago.
Mr Peake, who established and runs lighting company Luminaires, cites creating jobs, growing the economy and protecting pensioners’ rights as among his priorities.
