Death of Charles Cain a 'huge loss' for the Island

The Chief Minister says the death of a former Ramsey MHK and commissioner is a sad day for the Island.
Charles Cain served as a member of the House of Keys between 1981 and 1986 and spent 13 years on the board of the town commissioners.
Allan Bell, who worked alongside him in both local and central government, said he had a great mind.Clip 1
