Fraud probe continues

An investigation into a suspected ?21 million tax fraud is continuing.
Searches on the Island, however, are near completion and two Island residents have been bailed pending further inquiries.
Nearly half a million pounds was seized by police locally last week, along with business records, computers and phones.
Officers executed six search warrants at properties in Hill Street in Douglas and Manor Park in Onchan as part of the probe by the Manx and Cheshire Constabularies, UK Revenue and Customs and the Guernsey Border Agency.
Raids have also taken place in the UK and Guernsey.
