More passenger surveys needed

The government needs to organise more passenger satisfaction surveys, collect more data and make it available to judge the performance of travel operators.
That message from the chairman of the pressure group, Travelwatch, as he re-affirmed both his position in the body and the continuing importance of the group.
Brendan O Friel had posed the question ‘is there a continuing need for Travelwatch’ at its annual general meeting at the Villa Marina yesterday (Saturday).
The answer is yes, he believes.Clip 1
