Douglas B lost 43-15 to Southern Nomads at King William’s College in the Shimmin Wilson Manx Trophy.
Steve McHugh grabbed two tries for Nomads with the others coming from Andy Lean, Gerard Landels, Jacob Callow, John Walster and Ally Kelly.
Mark Young and Tom Duggan kicked two conversions apiece.
Declan Horrox and Andy Vernon-Brown both crossed for Douglas with the latter also adding a penalty and a conversion.
