Autism expert visits Island

by isleofman.com 15th March 2015
A leading UK figure on autism has been in the Isle of Man for the last couple of days, sharing her expertise.
Amanda Howard held a workshop for parents on Friday, then met with occupational therapists yesterday to discuss techniques she’s learnt.

Working as an OT herself in Northern Ireland for the last 25 years, she's trained in a technique called sensory integration, which is rare in the UK.
