Hall to ask more prison questions in Tynwald

by isleofman.com 14th March 2015
Prison is failing miserably to rehabilitate offenders, according to Onchan MHK Zac Hall.
He has a raft of questions about the Island's facility for the home affairs minister in Tynwald next week.
That's on the back of a question, also for Juan Watterson, in the House of Keys this week, when it was revealed the prison's education budget has been cut by almost half over the last five years.
Mr Hall says that needs to be addressed, regardless of how well other aspects are being done:Clip 1
