MHK concerned by slashing of prison education budget

Onchan MHK Zac Hall says he's concerned by the near halving of funding for education at the prison over the last five years.
He asked Home Affairs Minister Juan Watterson for the figures in a House of Keys question for written answer this week.
In 2010/11, ?225,000 was spent on tutors and education managers, but that was down to ?120,000 in the current financial year.
