People have been stepping up today to raise money for Comic Relief and Manx Cancer Help.
Barclays has hosted the 'step challenge' at Eagle Court in Douglas, where employees ran up and down the main stairwell.
Last year more than ?5,000 was raised and this year organisers hope to reach more than ?6,000.
