Joe Quayle from Kirk Michael win Milntown Treasure Hunt

by isleofman.com 12th March 2015

6 year old Joe Quayle from Kirk Michael was the proud winner of this year’s Spring Treasure Hunt at Milntown, the stately home in the North of the Isle of Man.  The event, which ran throughout the February half term saw hundreds of children who visited the historic estate searching for pictures of signs of spring around the 15 acres of grounds.

The treasure hunt was organised by the Milntown Trust, guardians of the property. Joe’s entry was selected from all the children that participated in the event. Pictured here on the left with his twin brother Dan, Joe received a gift voucher for ToyMaster as the star prize.

Congratulations Joe and well done to all those who took part.

The Milntown Spring Treasure Hunt is one of an extensive range of events hosted by Milntown thoughout the year. The next treasure hunt to take place at Milntown will run from the 28th March -  13th April and will have an Easter theme. For the full list go to their website www.milntown.org or visit the Milntown facebook page.
