Manx Telecom’s ‘A Team’ on a mission to help SMEs

by isleofman.com 4th March 2015

If you have a telecoms problem, and if no one else can help, then maybe you need to call in Manx Telecom’s ‘A Team! Unlike the elusive TV stars of the same name, this A Team is very easy to find – you can hire them just by calling 636636 or emailing sales@manxtelecom.com. If only it was as easy and straight-forward to hire fictional action heroes!

The ‘A Team – or Premier Account Team to give them their proper title – has been created specifically for the Island’s SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises) market. Team members Jorden Close, Daniel Halligan and Steven Ferrario are there to give advice on all aspects of Manx Telecom’s product portfolio for small and medium sized businesses.

Richard Fletcher, Head of Corporate & Public Sector Sales at Manx Telecom, said:

“Our Premier Account Team is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about all of our products and services. Manx Telecom keeps more than 4,000 businesses running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – and the vast majority of these businesses are in the SME category. It’s a very important market for us, and our Premier Account Team will provide additional advice and support for existing and new customers alike.”
