Higgins notches up US win number two

by isleofman.com 4th March 2015
Manx Rally ace David Higgins has taken a dominant victory at the second round of the 2015 Rally America Championship.
He won all but one of the stages at the Rally in the 100 Acre Wood in Missouri and led from start to finish.
However, the event was shortened due to treacherous cold weather with ice and heavy snowfall causing problems for competitors, organisers and spectators.
The final three stages were cancelled with the rally running over two hours behind schedule.
Higgins and co-driver Craig Drew won by over five minutes in the Subaru in an event that David described as "a huge challenge".
