Peel silting problem cuts available berths

The commodore of Peel's yacht club says silting up in the harbour has dramatically cut down the number of berths that are now available.
Stuart Blackley says thousands of tonnes of material, which comes down the River Neb and accumulates inside the harbour, should have been removed.
There is an argument over where the polluted silt can be safely put once it is removed.
