Rush hour delays likely at Glen Vine

by isleofman.com 2nd March 2015

Manx Utilities will begin work to instal new water mains on the main Peel to Douglas road at Glen Vine on Tuesday (3 March).
This means the scheduled work to Cooil Road between the Ballacottier roundabout and Mount Murray Back Road has been postponed.
The Glen Vine work has taken priority as bursts on the existing mains have become more common.
The two projects had been due to start at the same time, but DoI work schedules were altered when it became clear one route would need to remain clear for commuters.
Stop and go traffic signals will be in place in the village from tomorrow morning.
