A jury has been sworn in today at the murder trial of a Castletown man.
Forty-five-year-old Ian Anderson is accused of murdering 60-year-old Neil Roberts from Ballabeg, some time between November 29 and December 2 2013.
He's also charged with assault, causing actual bodily harm, against his wife.
The 12-person jury is made up of seven women and five men, who were selected at random in court today.
The trial officially begins tomorrow morning at 10 o' clock and is due to last for four weeks.
Deemster Montgomerie, however, said it may be extended by a week, taking it up to Easter weekend in April.
